Red amber is a low fermented amber beer produced by the San Gabriel brewery of Gabriele Tonon, biersommelier graduated from the Doemens Academy in Munich.
From the encounter of hops with radicchio comes an indigenous speciality, versatile in the kitchen, with a pleasant amber red color, with a persistent foam and delicate caramelized and vegetable hints.
The round and malted body is in perfect harmony with the noble bitter radicchio.
In the mouth it is slightly sparkling, with a soft and herbaceous aftertaste.
Amber Rossa won the Gold Label - Packaging Beer Awards at Best Italian Beer.
